All videos in the material have english subtitles which you access within the video player (see image below):
For the text material it is easiest to translate it by using the built in translation feature in your browser. This feature is available in all major browsers, but the instructions below are specifically for Google Chrome (you can download Chrome for free by clicking here).
Open up any page in the text material on studentwebben, and press the three dots to the right of the URL (the website adress), in the upper right corner of the screen:
Click "Translate" in the menu:
Click "English", and tick the option to "Always translate Swedish":
Does the page go back to Swedish once you click next, or do you not get an option to "Always translate Swedish"?
If this is the case you may have to go into the settings by entering the same menu as previously (by pressing the three dots to the right of the URL) and clicking "Settings":
Click "Languages" in the left column:
Start with making sure that Swedish isn't listed at the bottom of the page under "Never offer to translate these languages". If so, remove Swedish (in case the trashcan-symbol isn't clickable, you may have to add English before removing Swedish):
Go on to add Swedish under the "Always translate these languages":
The material should now be translated all the way through! In case you're having any issues, be sure to let us know by writing to us in the chat, and we'll do our best to help you out :)
