Can I combine my job with the Lic. PT PRO program?

Details about balancing work or studies with the Lic. Personal Trainer program.

Updated this week

When designing the Lic. PT PRO program, one of our main goals was to ensure that it could be completed even by those working full-time. To achieve this, we structured the program as follows:

  • Pre-Studies: Conducted entirely online (Lic. PT Online), allowing you to study at your own pace and on a schedule that suits you.

  • Instructor-Led Sessions: Held exclusively on weekends in the “Standard” format (Friday 16:00–20:00, Saturday/Sunday 9:00–18:00).

For those wanting to complete the program as quickly as possible, we also offer an “Intensive” format, where the same curriculum is delivered Monday to Friday over a shorter period.

Program Formats

  • Standard:

Runs every other weekend, with nine instructor-led weekends spread over approximately four months. In addition to these weekends, the program includes a digital introduction and a practical examination.

  • Intensive:

Held on weekdays, typically either 9:00–18:00 or 9:00–13:00, over about five weeks. A few weeks of practical training are scheduled before the final days of the program.

You can find specific dates and times for the instructor-led sessions by clicking the calendar icon next to each program start under the “BOKA” section on the Lic. PT PRO-webpage. The schedule also includes details about the location of each session.

Important Notes

  • All listed dates and times are for instructor-led sessions, which require your attendance at the designated location.

  • Some sessions may be conducted digitally but are held live and cannot be accessed as recordings later.

With these flexible options, Lic. PT PRO is designed to accommodate your work schedule while ensuring you gain the knowledge and practical experience needed for a successful PT career.
