Your educational goals are a key factor in determining which program is right for you:
If you’re interested in learning more about fitness for personal growth, already working in the wellness industry, or exploring the PT profession, a simpler option like Lic. PT Online may suffice.
If you’re looking to change careers and work full-time as a PT, it’s worth investing in a physically instructor-led course like Lic. PT PRO.
If you start with Lic. PT Online and later decide to pursue Lic. PT PRO, the cost of Lic. PT Online will be deducted from the price of Lic. PT PRO.
2. Teachers

3. Study Format and Flexibility
Ideal for those who prefer online learning and need a flexible, self-paced program.
Includes pre-recorded material, allowing you to plan your study sessions when and where it suits you.

A physically instructor-led course designed to maximize your chances for a long, successful PT career.
Includes nine weekends of in-person training (Friday 16:00–20:00, Saturday/Sunday 8:00–17:00), spread over approximately four months for a total of 182 instructor-led hours.
Offers extensive hands-on practice in all aspects of the PT profession, with support from an exceptional team that includes some of Sweden’s most recognized fitness professionals.
4. Employment Opportunities
If you have a specific gym in mind, it’s a good idea to check their requirements for PTs.
For gyms requiring a FRISK license, only physically instructor-led programs like Lic. PT PRO meet the criteria.
For gyms accepting EuropeActive accreditation (EREPS registration), both Lic. PT PRO and Lic. PT Online qualify.
5. Study Materials
Both courses include evidence-based, regularly updated study materials through a custom-designed study portal. This includes interactive tools like images, videos, 3D animations, and text to enhance your learning experience.
6. Licenses
Active Sweden (previously FRISK)-License: The Swedish national PT-license, required by many major gym chains in Sweden. Lic. PT PRO is FRISK accredited.
EuropeActive Accreditation: Recognized internationally, allowing you to join the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS). The first year’s membership is included as a graduation gift.
